Pricing for consulting services vary based on the needs of an organization.

We have to make it make sense.

Our consultants will typically make a decision on a pricing structure based on the needs of the client and the extent of a predicted ROI.

We can’t logically bill a client for a service that doesn’t pay for itself and then some.

We define ROI based on three factors.

• Short Term Profit Refinement

  (Increase business revenues to offset our costs. A business should be able to afford resources such as consulting.)

• Long Term Growth

  (Assist the business in meeting 5 year goals in 3 years. The benefit of compound growth.)

• Stakeholder Time Management

  (Make a profit AND spend time with family and hobbies.)
